Judy Hill Memorial Health Center
The health center provides basic health services to community residents. Medical services are provided by a staff of two nurses, assisted by clerk/interpreters, a housekeeper, and a community health representative (CHR). Two social workers provide family support and counselling services. Additional medical services are provided by specialists who visit the community on a periodic basis. A walk-in clinic is open Monday to Friday (9am to 11:30am); specialized clinics are held in the afternoons from 1pm to 5pm. Emergencies are seen anytime. Church Of The Good Shepherd (Anglican)
The church conducts services in Inuktitut on Sundays at 11am and 7pm. Sunday school for youth is held at 2pm. Prayer meetings/bible study are held on Wednesday nights at 7pm. Netsilik School offers a complete curriculum from kindergarten to grade 12. The school is also the location for one of the Community Internet Access Sites established by the Taloyoak Broadcasting Society with financial assistance from Industry Canada's Community Access Program (CAP). Royal Canadian Mounted Police

GNWT - Wildlife Office
The wildlife office is responsible for the enforcement of wildlife regulations and the issuing of fishing and hunting licenses, and permits for the export of meat and hides. The wildlife office is located on the main road, in the east end of the community, on the way to the Anglican Church, Boothia Inn, and Northern Stores.
Inuit Broadcasting Corporation / Taloyoak Broadcasting Society
Offices and studios for both organizations are located in the Inuit Broadcasting Corporation (IBC) building, located across from the Co-Op. IBC's Taloyoak studio produces video segments for popular IBC programs shown on Television Northern Canada (TVNC). The Taloyoak Broadcasting Society operates the community radio station from a rented studio inside IBC's building. Taloyoak Training Center
The Taloyoak Training Center is operated by the Hamlet Of Taloyoak and has delivered a variety of training programs since its start-up in September 1997. Some of the center's past offerings have included workshops in: ACCPAC accounting, Xerox photocopier repair, boiler repair, appliance maintenance, Simply Accounting, computer networking, computer maintenance, and basic computer skills courses. The top floor of the center is equipped with 10 personal computers, and audio visual aids for the delivery of computer training courses. This area also serves as the location for one of the Community Internet Access Sites established by the Taloyoak Broadcasting Society with financial assistance from Industry Canada's Community Access Program (CAP). The Taloyoak airport receives First Air scheduled passenger service from Yellowknife using Hawker Siddeley 748 passenger/cargo turboprop aircraft. The runway was lengthened in 1998 from 3,710 to 4,000 feet. The airport is operated by the Hamlet Of Taloyoak under contract to GNWT - Transportation.
